The Low Ropes Course
The Genesis Ranch low ropes course includes fifteen obstacles that promote teamwork. Participants conquer each obstacle by working together, sharing ideas, trusting each other and learning the value of TEAM. This outdoor activity consists of ropes, cables, balance beams and much more! Our experienced staff has been traveling for more than six years to various corporations implementing total quality management and valuable interpersonal skills, while team training, such as: · Communication · Leadership Initiative · Problem Solving · Decision Making · Trust During the “debrief time” your team will interact with a certified counselor and discuss how they can utilize the various strengths and weaknesses of each member to help increase the effectiveness of the team as a whole.
